Simone Passini

Simone-Passini-Grossmann

Simone Passini is a qualified economist who has over the past 10 years helped companies in key organizational areas, both as a Consultant and as an Executive. Change management, cultural transformations, leadership development, performance management, top team performance, organization design are some of the relevant challenges that Simone has assisted companies in.

Among these key areas, Change Management is what she is most passionate about and has the deepest expertise in. Simone has had real hands-on experience and knows that helping organizations and their people move through change is much more complicated than one can ever imagine. Statistics tell us that at least 70% of change efforts fail due to people issues. Simone is willing to help you and your company in this tough battle with strategy and tactics that really work.

Her distinctiveness also comes from the fact that Simone combines a structured and business approach with a human perspective, the “hard” and the “soft” sides together. This can be confirmed from her formal education. She holds an M.A. degree in Economics from PUC-Rio (top Brazilian college) and an MBA from INSEAD. Simone is certified in Change Management (Prosci) and in the MBTI® (CPP), holds a Coaching Certificate from ASTD and is an alumnus from Harvard Kennedy School, having completed the Executive Education Degree of “The Art and Practice of Leadership Development”.

Her working experience involves major companies, including Icatu (top Brazilian broker dealer), UBS Warburg, McKinsey & Company – where she worked with top clients from several industries, TV Globo (largest Brazilian media and communications company), Vale (largest Brazilian private sector company, the third largest iron ore producer in the world) and Generali Insurance.

In this changing and increasingly crazier world, keeping employees engaged and committed, and successfully managing change and transformation are imperatives for success. Simone´s greatest desire is simple: to contribute in order to help companies and individuals in this endeavour.
