Thinking under pressure™ series — part 2
Without Part 1:

Without Part 1:

  • Participants default to guessing
  • They seek validation instead of thinking
  • They avoid discomfort instead of working through it

Part 2 assumes one thing:

  • You already know when you are not thinking
  • Now you will be required to think
    when it matters

Programme positioning

This is not an open workshop.

This is a progression-based intervention.

  • Entry is earned, not given
  • Cohort is fixed at 5 participants
  • Environment is controlled

Because this is where:
Thinking becomes a responsibility, not an option

Part 2 places participants into high-pressure, ambiguous scenarios where:

  • There is no clear answer
  • Time is limited
  • Social dynamics are present
  • Decisions carry consequences

Participants must:
Think → Decide → Defend → Reflect

Programme overview

Part 2 places participants into high-pressure, ambiguous scenarios where:

  • There is no clear answer
  • Time is limited
  • Social dynamics are present
  • Decisions carry consequences

Participants must:

Think → Decide → Defend → Reflect

Cohort design

  • Strictly 5 participants only
  • All participants must have completed Part 1
  • No replacements once programme begins

    Because:
  • Depth over scale
  • Precision over volume
  • Engagement over attendance

Shape (Action)
→ What will you do?

Shift (Reflection)
→ What must change in how you think?

Programme modules

Facilitation principle

  • Participants will not be guided step-by-step.

    They will:

    • Sit in uncertainty
    • Make decisions without full clarity
    • Experience the consequences of their choices

      Because:

This is where judgment is built

Expected shift

Participants move from:
“I understand how to think”
to
“I cannot avoid thinking when it matters”

Programme structure

  • Part 1 gave you awareness.
  • Part 2 removes the safety net.
