01 SELECT YOUR REGISTRATION ROUTE
A. Complimentary - organisation-funded Masterclass
One eight-seat allocation per sponsoring organisation, regardless of the number of Masterclass attendees registered. The organisation nominates its employees; company authorisation and stamp are required.
B. Complimentary - personally funded Masterclass
One eight-seat allocation per qualifying paid individual registration. The individual who paid controls nominations, including eligible contacts from different organisations. Individual authorisation is required.
C. Paid public registration
Open to individuals and organisations at RM490 per participant, per practicum. No Masterclass enrolment is required.
Select one route. Routes A and B may include additional paid places; identify those places separately. Use a separate form for each complimentary entitlement.

PROGRAMME SELECTION & ALLOCATION
03 COMPLIMENTARY ALLOCATION - ROUTES A AND B
Eight complimentary participant-session places: two participants attending together at each of four different practicums, selected from the six below. This is eight attendances, not necessarily eight different people.
Route A: nominees are employees of the sponsoring organisation. Route B: nominees may come from different organisations; record each nominee's organisation on the participant sheet. The personally funded registrant may use a place themselves if eligible. Complimentary places may not be sold or exchanged for cash.
Select four different practicums for complimentary places. Additional places and all Route C registrations are charged at RM490 per participant, per practicum.

One person attending one practicum counts as one attendance. Dates are subject to confirmation. Complete a participant entry for every nominee and mark each programme allocation C (complimentary) or P (paid).

Invoice and payment instructions
For paid places, email info@invictusleader.com or WhatsApp +60 10-656 3974 (WhatsApp only—no calls) to request an invoice and payment instructions. Include the billing name or organisation, selected practicums and total paid attendances.
Make payment using the bank details stated on the invoice issued by Invictus Leader. Use the registrant or organisation name as the payment reference and submit the payment evidence with the completed form. Paid places are confirmed only after payment verification and written confirmation.

08 BOOKING INFORMATION & SUBMISSION
ALL REGISTRATIONS
Places are subject to availability and written confirmation. Each practicum accommodates a maximum of 16 participants. Complete registration requests are processed in the order received. Dates are subject to confirmation; delivery is in person and the venue is to be confirmed. These practicums are not HRD Corp claimable.
MINIMUM CLASS SIZE
At least eight registered participants are required for each practicum. Sessions with fewer than eight registrations will be rescheduled to March 2027. Registered participants will be notified in writing.
COMPLIMENTARY PLACES
The allocation is linked to the verified paid Masterclass booking. Route A provides one eight-seat allocation per sponsoring organisation, regardless of the number of Masterclass attendees registered. Route B provides one eight-seat allocation per qualifying paid individual registration. Nomination rights belong to the sponsoring organisation (A) or the personally funded registrant (B). Places are valid from December 2026 to 28 February 2027. Unused unbooked places expire at the end of the validity period. If Invictus Leader reschedules a confirmed session, the affected places remain valid for the revised date, including March 2027. Complimentary non-attendance does not qualify for a replacement.
CHANGES INITIATED BY INVICTUS LEADER
Sessions with confirmed paid or complimentary bookings will be rescheduled rather than cancelled outright. A session with no confirmed registrations may be withdrawn without replacement.
PAID PLACES AND ORGANISER RESCHEDULING
If a paid participant cannot attend the revised date, or the March session does not meet the minimum, the paid booking may be transferred once to another available practicum of equivalent value, to be attended within six months of the original session date, subject to availability and written confirmation. If Invictus Leader cannot offer an alternative within that period, the credit remains valid until a suitable alternative is offered. Fees are non-refundable.
PARTICIPANT-REQUESTED CHANGES
Substitution or session-change requests must reach Invictus Leader by email or WhatsApp at least three working days before the session, subject to availability, written confirmation and the applicable allocation rules. Late requests and non-attendance do not qualify for a replacement, except at Invictus Leader's discretion. This notice requirement does not apply when Invictus Leader reschedules a session.
PRIVACY & CONTACT PERMISSION
Participant information will be used to administer registrations, payments and programme communications. Each participant may separately opt in to updates about other activities organised by Invictus Leader only. Leaving that choice unticked does not affect registration or essential communications. Permission may be withdrawn by emailing info@invictusleader.com. Coordinators must obtain each participant's permission before selecting the optional contact choice on their behalf. A company stamp or authorised signature does not replace individual permission.
