5.1 Registration

Submission of this Registration Form constitutes an application to participate in the Foresight
Leadership™ Executive Masterclass. Upon receipt of a completed Registration Form, Invictus Leader
will reserve a seat for the applicant, subject to availability. Submission of this Registration Form
does not constitute confirmation of participation.

5.2 Programme Investment & Payment

The programme investment is RM1,500 per participant. Payment shall be made via bank transfer using
the banking details provided in this Registration Form. Full payment must be received no later than
28 August 2026, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Invictus Leader.

5.3 HRD Corp Claims

Where applicable, organisations claiming under HRD Corp are responsible for ensuring that all
approvals, documentation and submissions are completed within the required timelines. Pending HRD
Corp approval or reimbursement does not constitute payment and does not guarantee reservation or
confirmation of a participant's seat.

5.4 Cancellation & Participant Substitution

Registration becomes binding once payment has been received and confirmed. Where a confirmed
participant is unable to attend, a substitute participant from the same organisation may attend at
no additional charge, provided written notification is received by Invictus Leader at least three
(3) working days before the programme.

5.5 Programme Changes

Invictus Leader reserves the right to make reasonable amendments to the programme agenda, learning
methodology, facilitator(s), venue or schedule where necessary.

5.6 Photography & Recording

Official photographs and video recordings may be taken during the programme for educational,
promotional and archival purposes. Photography, audio recording, video recording or live streaming
of any part of the programme by participants is strictly prohibited without prior written permission
from Invictus Leader.

5.7 Intellectual Property

All programme materials, presentations, frameworks, methodologies, models, tools and related
intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Invictus Leader Sdn. Bhd.

5.8 Privacy & Personal Data

Personal information collected through this registration form will be used solely for programme
administration, participant communication and related operational purposes. Invictus Leader Sdn.
Bhd. manages all personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of
Malaysia.

5.9 Force Majeure

Invictus Leader shall not be liable for any delay, postponement or cancellation arising from
circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural
disasters, pandemics, government directives, industrial disputes or other unforeseen events.

5.10 Limitation of Liability

Invictus Leader's total liability arising from participation in this programme shall not exceed the
programme fee paid by the participant. Invictus Leader shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental or consequential losses arising from participation, postponement or cancellation of the
programme.

5.11 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Registration Form or participation in the
programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
