How It Works
• Closed cohort (5 participants only)
• Scenario-based, high-pressure simulations
• No passive learning
• No observation-based participation
Think → Decide → Defend → Reflect
Important notes
Each participant is assigned to one fixed batch
No switching between batches
Sessions are not conducted during major holiday periods
Full attendance is critical due to the progressive structure
This is not a workshop.
This is a controlled environment where teenagers are placed in situations:
Without clear answers
Without step-by-step guidance
Without the option to follow blindly
Starting this May, every Saturday,
in a room of five,
participants will experience what it means
to think when it actually matters.
