Invictus supported MMHE through a major transformation initiative to shift both processes and culture in a well-established organisation. Change in such environments is difficult, especially where strong traditions exist. We focused on both “doing” and “being” to accelerate results.Working with the top 30 leaders, Invictus combined workshops with individual coaching to challenge management styles and build effective leadership at every level. It was a demanding journey, but consistent effort led to visible results and meaningful behavioural change. Thanks to VS Ravi and Invictus, we developed a stronger leadership bond and a more effective leadership style across the organisation. 

My biggest challenge with my job in foresight is broadening the ways of thinking and possible horizons. Behavioural Insights have shown that humans are conditioned about thinking of the now and not about the future where they will spend the rest of their lives. Future Foresight Thinking Training challenges the core way we think and connects us with real life people and experiences, it helps take the first step on rexamining the way we think and exercise our brains to be able to see the horizon.

I had the privilege of attending a SAIPA workshop presented by Ravi from Invictus Leader. His ability to engage business owners and executives, and move them from theory to application, is exceptional. Through his guidance, I learned how to convert data into meaningful information and use it intelligently to gain foresight in my business. This shifted my approach from reacting to proactively shaping outcomes, fostering innovation and a growth mindset.Ravi’s teaching gave me “crystal clear clarity” on my next steps for sustainable growth. My deepest gratitude for the invaluable leadership coaching he provided.

Our plant was struggling with inefficiencies. We were firefighting daily, chasing problems without ever addressing the root cause. Ravi introduced us to problem-framing, which at first felt frustrating because it slowed us down. But soon we realized slowing down was the point — it forced us to confront the real issues. Six months later, our efficiency metrics are at their highest in a decade.

It’s my pleasure to attend Leadership Program conducted by Ravi in 2012 when I was FNDT Head of HR. I found the program is useful and practical. After attending 6 months Leadership program and do self-reflection, I applied the concept into the actions and found it made me become better leader. I enjoy learning with him, he came with passion, energy and enthusiasm that make all attendants participate and enjoy the class. In the end, he emphasized the program wouldn’t add value into your life without practice. Practice makes you perfect.

I am highly impressed by the workshop – Future Fit Your Business. It enabled me to explore on most aspects of my being that either I was oblivious to nor totally unaware of. How the workshop was unconventional to many such events but importantly warmly and as indicated allowed space to introspect. I would be interest to attend further events of such nature. the facilitator Ravi VS has immense skills, knowledge and experience on the subject matter and impressively engaging. It would be interesting to engage further.

The Big Think Strategy Leadership Workshop challenged our assumptions, expanded our thinking, and helped us see beyond operational routines. It pushed our leadership teams to think strategically, anticipate future scenarios, and make better decisions under uncertainty. The facilitation was exceptional — engaging, direct, and deeply relevant to our command environment. This program has strengthened our ability to lead with clarity, foresight, and discipline.
