Ravi VS is a global foresight strategist and regenerative leadership architect with nearly four decades of experience enabling organisations to navigate non-linear change. His work across 54 countries has helped thousands of leaders and institutions anticipate disruption, surface blind spots, and build systems that stay resilient in fast-shifting environments.
Invictus Leader began in the late 1980s as a small circle of practitioners dedicated to sharing experience and strengthening organisations. Under Ravi’s guidance, it has evolved into a foresight and leadership intelligence practice grounded in upstream thinking, regenerative leadership, and capability building.
Over the past 15 years, Ravi has been a prominent voice in challenging the assumption that the world behaves linearly.
